This product has what it says proven by the fact that I made yogurt using the contents of these capsules for the starter. If this product was a scam, my yogurt attempt would have failed. For years, I’ve been into many, many different types of supplements. But after having stomach problems brought on by nicotine usage (If you use nicotine and have stomach issues, cut down or STOP. Nicotine is very bad for heartburn, esophagitis, gastritis, acid reflux especially and more. It will exacerbate problems), I’ve had to get even more into gastrointestinal supplements and into learning about my GI tract, my stomach lining, esophagus, etc. Products like this help my gastritis issues and with stomach issues in general. Ones like this are great (I have the 3-in-1 Product) because it has almost everything you need, right there. The main things people can buy for digestion and stomach issues, besides herbs and whatnot, are: enzymes (Helps break things down in the body, including food depending on what enzyme it is), prebiotics and probiotics and this supplement has all 3. The only other thing that could make this supplement even better, is if it had co-biotics in it also, like bacteriophages. But those are even newer to the supplement world than probiotics, so you don’t see or hear about them as much. They are only recently gaining more attention. But they will help prebiotics and probiotics work even more efficiently. The packaging is also very nice and it explains what the supplement may help with. I’ve noticed that if a supplement has nice packaging and explains what the product is for and what it may do, there is a better chance it’s also a good/legit supplement. Compared to ones that have cheap-looking packaging and don’t elaborate on much on the bottle. This isn’t always the case, but many times it can be. I’ve been taking supplements for over 15 years now and have noticed this sometimes. Some things the 3-in-1 product may help with include: – Help with mood in general and anxiety/stress. – Help strengthen immunity – Aid with bloating, gas and diarrhea – Help balance good bacteria in the body and help with microbiome health, which a lot of newer research says is really important to take care of

Since adding this and a gluten free fiber my body is working much better. I’m a busy lady and stomach issues can take me out for a few. I don’t have time for that.
